Front Desk/Lodge Clerk
(Full & Part-Time, Seasonal)

We are looking for a seasonal Front Desk Agent/Store Clerk to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation as well as any store purchases. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about cabins, rates and amenities as well as manage sales and stocking of our small convenience store. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. We also ask that our store clerks assist with hospitality tasks like laundry or Saturday turn-over/cleaning.

Perform check-in and check-out tasks
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Greet, interact and monitor customers to assist them in any purchases
Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise on the shelves
Provide information about our resort, availability, rates and amenities
Respond to guests’ concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure all cabins and grounds are maintained and cleaned.

Grounds & Maintenance Worker
(Full & Part-Time, Seasonal)

We are looking for someone to help with seasonal grounds maintenance at the resort. A positive attitude, ability to work independently with initial training, and interest in working outside are attributes we are looking for in the grounds & maintenance employee. Tasks will include mowing, string trimming, boat preparation on Saturdays, along with other general maintenance activities and small repairs. This employee must be available to work most Saturdays in the summer with a flexible schedule the rest of the week.
