Our beach is a safe, gently sloping, sandy area facing southwest for the warm summer sun. A swim raft is anchored a few feet from the shoreline of clear, spring-fed Little Mantrap Lake. We offer free kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, a canoe, and plenty of beach chairs for guests to use during their stay.
For the children's enjoyment we have a large and expansive playground. Swings, slides, climbers and a sandy beach area are available for the small children. We have basketball, volleyball and a large playground area with a play train and a pirate ship for all the adventurous kids to enjoy.
The lodge houses a small convenience store complete with live bait, ice, snacks, firewood, gasoline and much more. Feel free to stop in the lodge if you need assistance with anything or a fresh cup of coffee and conversation.

Little Mantrap Lake in Park Rapids, MN boasts fishing opportunities for the whole family. Largemouth bass, crappies, sunfish, northern and walleye are found in the arms and bays of this clear, spring fed lake.
As you fish the bays and shoreline of the lake for panfish you can see 12-13 ft. into the clean waters of Little Mantrap Lake. The depth varies from 10-15 ft. along the shoreline to 35-40 ft. in most areas with a few deeper spots. Plant life varies from water lilies to cattails and bullrushes with no surface rocks or stumps to damage your boat while you fish.
