Any reservations made after November 1 requires the entire deposit of $300.00. If you are not here during the spring, summer or fall of the current year or are a new customer booking you are required to pay a deposit of $200 to hold your reservation for the following year.

One notice will be sent in December. If we do not receive your deposit or have some form of communication with you by January 10, we will automatically cancel your reservation. NO SECOND NOTICES WILL BE SENT.
  • "Standing Reservations" are taken if possible. This means you get the same cabin for the same week each year. If you miss 2 consecutive years, you will lose your standing reservation. Reservations will then be booked on a first come, first serve basis.
  • After January 10, the full $300 deposit must be received within 7 days of a booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Reservations cancelled two weeks or less prior to scheduled arrival dates are deemed final and you will be responsible for payment of the full amount due for the reserved dates if we are unable to re-rent the cabin and we sustain a loss due to the cancellation.
